Most accounts are terminated automatically after 5 strikes. You get a strike when you remove a like or unsubscribe from a channel after you earned credits for it. Each strike before that came with a message in your inbox. Read how strikes work.

We can also terminate an account that breaks our terms, for example with false account details.

A terminated account stays closed, and you may not sign up again with a new account. Think it's a mistake? Email us with your username and we'll take a look.

That depends on how many credits you spend and how many members are watching at that moment. Views are spread out over time instead of arriving all at once, and on plans with priority views your campaigns go first.

No. The counter on your campaign (for example 120 / 500 views) counts what members did and our extension checked: a view watched for the length you chose, a like, comment or subscription that was really placed.

YouTube keeps its own count and decides for itself which views to count and which comments to show, and its public numbers can lag behind. So the numbers in YouTube Studio can be lower than or arrive later than your campaign counter.

Likes and subscriptions are checked again during the first 60 days. If a member removes one, it comes off your counter and goes back into your campaign, so another member fills it at no extra cost.

Start the Viewtrader player: it plays other members' videos on YouTube in a second tab. Every 30 seconds watched earns 1 credit. Liking, subscribing and commenting earn extra, and daily rewards add a bonus on top.

Yes. You can use other tabs or apps while a video plays; the extension keeps counting in the background.

Chrome can pause a tab completely when Energy Saver is on and the video plays without sound. That time doesn't count, and the Viewtrader panel tells you when it happened. To prevent it:

• Let the video play with sound (a low volume is fine)
• Or turn off Energy Saver in Chrome: Settings → Performance
• Keep Chrome open; a minimised window is fine

Time while an ad plays doesn't count towards a view. The timer continues as soon as the video itself plays again; you don't need to do anything.

The extension looks for your comment under the video and checks it automatically. Make sure that:

• You post it with the YouTube channel you are logged in with, and that channel is linked to Viewtrader
• The text is exactly as shown: use the Copy button
• The comment stays visible: YouTube sometimes holds a comment for review, and then it can't be found

The panel shows when it last checked and why a comment wasn't accepted. Use Check now after posting, or Skip to move on to another campaign.

You only earn credits for new actions. If you had already liked the video, subscribed to the channel or placed the comment before the task started, the task is skipped and the next campaign opens.

Viewtrader checks likes and subscriptions again some time after they were paid. If one has been removed, the credits are taken back with a small fee and your account gets a strike.

Nothing: the extension tries again by itself every few seconds and opens the next campaign as soon as there is one. You can also click Try now, or switch to another way of earning in the Viewtrader menu.

Likes and subscriptions you earned credits for have to stay. During the first 60 days the extension checks them again now and then.

• Removed a like or unsubscribed? The credits for it are taken back, plus a 20% fee, and you get a strike
• At 5 strikes your account is terminated; each strike before that comes with a message in your inbox

If the extension can't check (for example because it isn't signed in with the YouTube account you used), the credits are taken back after about two days, without a strike or a fee. Keep the extension signed in with the same YouTube account to prevent that.

A plan adds credits every month and gives you more players, channels and campaigns, plus cheaper views. A credit pack is a one-time top-up of credits and does not change your plan.

Yes, at any time from your profile. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Payments go through the secure checkout of Stripe. Viewtrader never sees your card details.
